Wellbeing Assessment

A wellbeing assessment gives an employee a clear picture of their own health, and gives you an anonymised view of your workforce. Delivered on site or remotely, in about twenty minutes per person.

About the service

How Wellbeing Assessment works with OccuMed

Most people have no idea what their blood pressure is. A wellbeing assessment gives them twenty minutes with a clinician, a set of numbers that mean something, and a conversation about what to do with them. For a lot of employees it is the first health check they have had in years.

Results belong to the employee, not to you. They leave knowing their own figures and what those figures mean. You receive an anonymised, aggregate picture of the workforce: what the common risk factors are, where the pressure points sit, and what would be worth acting on. That distinction matters, because uptake collapses the moment people suspect their employer will see their results.

This is screening, not diagnosis. Where something needs looking at, we tell the employee to see their GP and explain why. The value is in catching things early and in giving people a reason to act.

  1. 01

    What is Included

Blood pressure, height, weight and BMI, cholesterol and blood glucose, plus a lifestyle review covering activity, sleep, alcohol and smoking.

  2. 02

    A Conversation, Not a Form

Every employee spends time with a clinician who explains what their results mean and what would make a difference. Numbers on a printout change nothing on their own.

  3. 03

    Confidential Results

Individual results go to the employee and nobody else. Employers receive anonymised, aggregate data only.

  4. 04

    Anonymised Workforce Insight

A picture of where risk sits across your workforce, so wellbeing spend goes where it will actually do something.

  5. 05

    On Site or Remote

Delivered at your premises, often alongside health surveillance clinics on the same visit, or remotely where teams are dispersed.
